Frequently Asked Questions Who are you?Home on Third Street is a family-owned store that is in its 3rd year of business. We have a bricks and mortar location that is open during the summer months, and the rest of the year we sell our wares on www.homeonthirdstreet.com. What shipping methods do you use? Standard shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping by UPS 3 Day Select or the equivalent. All orders ship from our warehouse the next business day. What is your return policy? We gladly accept returns of unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchased for a refund of the cost of the item (buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways). Please contact us if you wish to initiate a return and we will be glad to assist you. Is my information secure? Absolutely - all checkout pages are on a secure server to give you the utmost confidence. We will never share your information with anyone outside the four walls of our store!
